Zotlo

Zotlo provides services—payments, tax, compliance, and subscription management—that mostly run in the background. The site needed to make that technical scope understandable to a first-time visitor.

The existing homepage carried most of the growing product story. Individual services were difficult to distinguish, and their relationship to one another was not clear.

Mobile app teams, game studios, and SaaS companies also evaluated the same infrastructure against different goals. A single generic narrative did not match their language or decision criteria.

The work therefore focused on information architecture and content structure as much as visual design: what Zotlo does, who it serves, and how it works needed separate levels of explanation.

Design approach

• Navigation was split across audience and capability. Solutions pages establish industry context; Services pages explain individual product functions.
• We created a reusable service-page template with a consistent sequence for the problem, product UI, scope, and related services.
• Merchant-of-record and web-to-app flows were documented as diagrams, showing how data and payments move between Zotlo, providers, businesses, and customers.
• Product claims were paired with the interface and use case that support them, instead of relying on generic illustration.
• Statements about global coverage were supported with country, currency, language, and payment-method data.
• Two conversion paths were kept consistent across page types: self-service signup and a sales demo.

Outcome: the growing product scope became a content and page system that can accommodate new services without rebuilding the site structure.
